Local Counsel

From her time clerking for a judge of the Southern District in 1992-1994, through her time in private practice spent largely in the courts of the Southern District, her time as an Assistant U.S. Attorney in the Southern District from 2000 to 2010, and her private practice thereafter, Amy Lee is an experienced and respected practitioner in this District with experience being "tapped" by the Court on multiple occasions to handle various special matters.

Amy Lee can serve as local counsel with as much or as little involvement as you wish, so long as it is consistent with the local rules and the obligations of the rules of ethics, including the duties and obligations owed to the client.
